All our deliveries are handled by DPD, during this busy periods we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. 

Order before 1pm on Wednesday 20th December for pre Christmas delivery.

We use a DPD Delivery service, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a notification to let you know a parcel is on its way. In most cases you will then receive a second notification on the day of delivery to inform you of your one hour time window. To enhance this experience, use the DPD app which you can download here. In the app you can arrange a safe place, rearrange a delivery time and track your order on the delivery route and so much more to give you the best information around when you will receive your order.

For addresses that fall outside the UK Mainland Delivery addresses, we offer the DPD Two Day delivery services, and the following postcodes fall within this category:

Unfortunately we have suspended international shipping for the time being, we are constantly reviewing the requirements and hope to bring back this service as soon as possible.

 

OUR DELIVERY POLICY

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our website  and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking 'I confirm I am at least 18 years of age' during the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

ORDERS

If the can(s) you have ordered are not available we will contact you to either swap the product for another or for issue a refund.

If you’ve ordered an item that is on Pre-Order please note, the dispatch date is a target and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-order products being shipped, we will contact you immediately to give an updated estimate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF MY BEERS IS MISSING OR BROKEN?

We take a lot of precautionary measures to make sure that none of your cans are damaged in transit to you. Sometimes items can be damaged in transit despite all of these measures. This is something we work hard to try and avoid, we hate to see good beer wasted! If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact the courier if you have a tracking number. Please bear in mind that couriers are very busy at certain times of year so your item may be delayed in transit. In the very unlikely event that you do receive damaged items then please contact us directly so we can track down your package or replace any items with damaged contents.
