Spun By The Sun | Polly's Brew Co. Collaboration

We've been looking forward to collaborating with our Welsh friends from Polly's for a very long time. When we were finally able to do collabs again after the dreaded COVID lockdowns, Polly's were at the top of our list to brew with. 

Lalley came up to the brewery on a particularly hot day a couple of weeks ago to brew this Dry-Hopped Sour with Matt and Gary. 

We got off to an early start (so we had more time for the pub after the brew) and set about mashing in around 6am. Polly's brew so many amazing beers we knew we wanted to brew something super fruity and sour! We added Mosaic BBC and Mosaic Cryo to the brew to really compliment the Peach and Apricot flavours and unleash the sweet, sharp flavours.

This Dry-Hopped Sour is the perfect beer to quench your thirst.
